Devin P. Grimes

A native of Nashville, Tennessee, Grimes first discovered his love for photography in grade school. In 2019, Grimes earned a bachelors degree in the field of Journalism at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). During his time at MTSU he worked for the athletic department as a student. Grimes photographed home and away events for all athletic teams. He assisted on set by taking headshots, posed action photos, behind-the-scenes photos, and managed post for social media platforms.

In 2018, Grimes worked with Grammy nominated hip-hop music producer, Tay Keith. Grimes photographed the legendary photoshoot for Tay Keith's graduation photos that made breaking news in the world. The photo was published in online articles by Forbes, The Source, and Complex.

In 2020, Grimes worked with Los Angeles Dodgers All-Star Mookie Betts for the launch of Betts' AAU Basketball Team, Team Mookie. Grimes directed and photographed the content news that was announced on Betts' Instagram account.

In 2021, Grimes accepted a position as Assistant Director of Communications & Photography with Florida A&M (FAMU). During his time, FAMU ranked #1 in the country for most interactions on social media platforms in November 2021. Grimes contributed to the ESPN "Why Not Us", a documentary series highlighting FAMU's football team. Grimes directed and photographed the announcement of Florida A&M's basketball uniforms that featured LeBron James' signature logo. The photos were featured on WSLAM, Complex Sports, Undisputed, and more.
